Marketing Coordinator, Industrial Development

Join Beedie Industrial’s fast-paced development division and play an integral role in the sales and marketing of all projects. The focus being on coordination and execution of collateral and project marketing campaigns.  We are looking for an energetic marketing professional to join the commercial development sector and have direct exposure to significant transactions, new developments and a wide range of marketing applications.

This position will directly correspond with key Beedie business connections including brokers, consultants, vendors as well as external design and marketing firms. There is advancement potential for highly motivated individuals who excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement Beedie brand standards
  • Generate Lease and Sale proposals in InDesign
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns through Click Dimensions
  • Maintain Industrial CRM database and marketing lists
  • Create and manage online and print advertising
  • Coordinate promotional material: internal and external brochures (print and digital), invitations, giveaways and apparel
  • Coordinate project specific marketing collateral: logos and brand standards, brochures, marketing plans, renderings, websites, videos etc.
  • Track new market trends specific to platforms, technologies and marketing tools
  • Manage and update Beedie Industrial webpage
  • Coordinate employee headshots and write-ups
  • Manage all development and construction site signage
  • Assist with the coordinate all Beedie Industrial corporate events
  • Oversee growth and management of multiple social media channels: Facebook and Instagram
  • Continuously identify and act on new opportunities for audience growth, brand awareness, and brand exposure

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in a related area (marketing, PR, communications)
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), and is proficient with MS Office. *** Please include a portfolio of work completed
